Notes

Storage:
  • To Store: Leftovers can be stored for 2-3 days in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
  • To Freeze: Do not freeze cooked sweet potato fries.
  • To Reheat: For the best results, reheat sweet potato french fries in the air fryer for 5 – 10 minutes unity warm and crispy. You can also microwave them, however they will not be as crispy.
Tips:
  • Be very careful when cutting sweet potatoes! Use a sharp nice and a non-slip cutting board.
  • Dry your sweet potatoes with a paper towel before adding the spices and oil to prevent soggy wedges.
  • These wedges are not super crispy, they are crispier than roasted potatoes but not as crisp as fries. Experiment with your air fryer timing to get the best results for your preference.
  • Ketchup, Sour Cream, or an aioli are excellent dips with these wedges. You can also opt for Greek yogurt as a healthier option.
  • Serve these wedges immediately if possible. If not they can be kept in a warm oven at 200 degrees or reheated in the air fryer or a toaster oven. Leftovers can be kept for 2-3 days in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. If they are reheated in the microwave they will be more like a baked or roasted potato texture.
