Place the fluff and cool whip in a large mixing bowl. Beat the mixture on high until they are well combined.
Fold in almost all the chopped chocolate and mini marshmallows to the fluff mixture.
Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and top with the remaining chocolate and marshmallows.
Serve with graham crackers.

You can store your fluff in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 4 days.
Tips:
- I recommend using cool whip that is extremely fresh (just opened for the first time) and is very chilled.
- For this recipe, I highly recommend using a stand mixer or a hand mixer. This isn’t a recipe you can make by hand with a whisk.
