Air Fryer Turkey Breast

Serves — 4
This Air Fryer Turkey Breast recipe makes it possible to make a turkey on any day, not just Thanksgiving. It turns out moist and juicy!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (½ stick) salted butter softened
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp dried rosemary
  • 2-3 pound boneless turkey breast
  • minced parsley optional garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the softened butter, garlic salt, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary in a shallow bowl. Stir together until fully incorporated.
  • Generously coat the turkey breast with the seasoned butter (I used my hands, but you can use a firm pastry brush or a spoon). Place turkey in the air fryer, skin side down.
  • Cook for 15-25 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This time will be really dependent on the size of your turkey breast (I used a 3 pound turkey breast and it took me about 50 minutes total).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the air fryer and slicing.
  • Plate and serve with minced parsley as a garnish, optional.

Notes

Storage:
  • To Store: Place any leftovers in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
  • To Freeze: You can freeze leftovers for 1-2 months. Do so, in a freezer safe bag or airtight container, once the turkey has fully cooled.
  • To Reheat: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating. You can reheat in the air fryer for a great crunch!
